Scott D. Greenberg is a visionary real estate developer and technologist with over 30 years of experience creating award-winning, category-defining developments across the hospitality, residential, retail, entertainment, office, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
As the Chief Executive Officer of of HydraVault and the President of Dreamweaver Hotels, GSD Decisions and Smash Virtual, Mr. Greenberg has built a reputation for delivering transformative projects that blend cutting-edge technology, artistic expression, and market insight to shape innovative consumer experiences.

Alison N. Zirn
Alison N. Zirn serves as Strategic Advisor for Legal & Transactions at HydraVault, where she provides seasoned guidance on complex real estate structures, development contracts, and high-value infrastructure transactions. With over 30 years of legal experience, Alison plays a key role in shaping HydraVault’s legal framework as it develops next-generation AI datacenter assets.
A former partner at DLA Piper LLP (US), Alison has led major commercial real estate deals across office, hospitality, industrial, and multifamily sectors. Her deep transaction experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and capital structuring for both individual assets and multi-state portfolios.
Notable highlights of Alison’s career include advising on the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site, urban hotel projects like theWit and Hotel EMC2, and the base closure redevelopment of Fort Sheridan. Her practical counsel bridges legal rigor with real estate strategy—supporting HydraVault in securing, structuring, and scaling its mission-critical infrastructure footprint.


Matthew O'Hare
Matthew O’Hare serves as Strategic Advisor for Data Center Development at HydraVault, where he contributes three decades of experience designing and delivering resilient, high-performance computing environments. A Certified Data Center Specialist and respected industry voice, Matthew advises on infrastructure design, power and cooling strategy, and operational resilience.
His career spans consulting, design-build execution, and technical leadership across Fortune 500 companies, national labs, utilities, and financial institutions. Matthew specializes in aligning infrastructure with business needs—bridging strategic vision with field-tested delivery.
As Vice President of AFCOM Chicago and contributor to Mission Critical Magazine, Matthew actively shapes industry dialogue around the future of datacenter operations. At HydraVault, he brings deep expertise in off-grid generation, financial algorithmic processing environments, and supply chain optimization to ensure the facility is both future-proof and risk-resilient.


Jeremy Greenberg
Jeremy Greenberg serves as Strategic Advisor for Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning at HydraVault, where he shapes the company’s presence across digital channels and supports go-to-market initiatives with clear, compelling storytelling. A trusted advisor to growth-stage companies, Jeremy helps position HydraVault as a forward-looking leader in AI infrastructure.
As Founder and Managing Director of 97 Switch, Jeremy has supported over 100 businesses with brand strategy, web experience design, and digital marketing execution. His work bridges creative vision with strategic intent, helping companies clarify their value and connect with customers.
At HydraVault, Jeremy advises on digital positioning and brand identity, ensuring the company communicates its distinct edge in datacenter innovation—through both the lens of technology and customer value.


Andrew Han
Andrew Han serves as Strategic Advisor for AI & Venture Strategy at HydraVault, where he offers a forward-looking perspective at the intersection of artificial intelligence, investment, and enterprise technology. With deep technical roots and a sharp eye for innovation, Andrew helps inform HydraVault’s long-term strategy as AI workloads evolve.
Andrew began his career at Bridgewater Associates before joining SciFi VC, where he backed companies in AI, healthcare, and software alongside PayPal founder Max Levchin. A graduate of Stanford University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science, Andrew also taught AI and computer vision—equipping the next generation of machine learning engineers.
Now building his own AI company, Andrew brings startup intuition, technical depth, and investor insight to HydraVault’s mission of powering the future of computation.
